- Who we are: LEDGESITES is the controller of the personal data you give us. Our legal company name, registered number and registered office are shown at the bottom of this page.
- What we collect: the details you send in our enquiry form: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, current website and message.
- Why we use it: to reply to you and prepare your free website preview. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Who we share it with: only the service providers that help us run this website and our email: Cloudflare (website hosting), FormSubmit (form delivery), Cal.com (call booking, only if you choose to book) and our email provider (Google Workspace). Some may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place. We never sell your data.
- How long we keep it: up to 12 months if you don't become a client. If you do, for as long as we work together and up to 6 years afterwards for our legal and accounting records.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
- Cookies: this site doesn't set cookies or use analytics. If you choose to book a call, the Cal.com booking calendar may set its own essential cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
